Problem: Talent professionals recognize the need to integrate talent management into their acquisition strategy but struggle to start due to limited educational resources and difficulty securing leadership buy-in. Both SeekOut customers and prospects expressed a need for prescriptive guidance to implement talent intelligence-driven strategies.

Solution: I developed a Talent Maturity Model and Assessment to guide organizations toward integrated talent intelligence, which is the solution that SeekOut Grow offers as a supplement to our SeekOut Recruit product. The model helps teams evaluate their existing talent sophistication level and provides clear steps to advance their strategy, supported by educational content that explains maturity levels, criteria, and pathways to upgrade.

For this multi-channel campaign, I leveraged expertise from our CHRO council members, a group comprised of experts in the talent management and acquisition space. I created content that continued to provide prescriptive guidance on integrating talent management into an organization’s entire talent strategy.

  • This campaign centered around a five-part webinar series with each of our council members. Our goal was to position SeekOut as an authoritative leader in the talent space. We equipped talent leaders with the tools to build a talent strategy that enabled workforce agility and organization longevity.

  • I created a workbook that summarized all five webinars. It was sent to webinar participants at the end of the fifth and final webinar and distributed across additional channels. The workbook includes key takeaways of each webinar, accompanying worksheets, and links to the recorded webinars.
